Artful Movement is a practice inspired by yoga, Pilates, dance and movement to encourage curiosity and creativity in how we inhabit space, time and our bodies. It is an invitation to become more embodied and expressive. Encompassing the philosophy of an artist with the attitude that all bodies are beautiful and worthy of being witnessed.
Movement is our earliest way of communicating, it speaks louder than words and helps us resolve stories and unlock energy, helping us to feel more free.
Course
Core
A bundle of 7 online Pilates-inspired classes - for busy creatives, artists, parents and others who can’t make it in-person. Each class is 30 mins and aimed at all levels, gradually building strength and mobility. Creative core work for people who don’t like core-work!
